This is the fourth set of these knives that I have purchased as gifts. I love my own set and use these knives almost exclusively in my kitchen. All of my friends comment about how much they like my set so I buy them sets of their own for birthdays, thank you’s etc. They are very durable, keep a sharp edge for a long time and are dishwasher safe.

I like these knives in the kitchen as they have fairly sharp, thin blades. The different shapes are really handy. I especially like the round ended knife for caning and cleaning fresh vegetables. We have used the knives for over a month with no signs of dulling or damage–just throw them in the dishwasher.

There was a set of these at work, so I knew before I ordered that I’d love them. They’re light, comfortable, cut beautifully, and have convenient color-coded handles so you can grab the correct one out of the block.

This set has been a lovely addition to my kitchen. Whenever I need a paring knife, I am always so happy to find these in the drawer. They are sharp, comfortable to hold in the hand, a good assortment of different blade shapes, and also bright and cheerful with their colorful handles. I keep ordering more sets to give my friends when they have wedding showers or for a housewarming gift. For practical, everyday use, I really recommend these knives.

My mother was in need of paring knives and I read the reviews on this set and decided to get them for her. They arrived while I was visiting her for three weeks and I used them daily. They feel good in the hand. The handles are long enough and the blades are thin making them easy to maneuver when coring apples, peeling potatoes or sectioning oranges. The blades arrived sharp and overall they seem to be a good bargain. I will be ordering a set for myself as they are a good compliment for any existing knife set. Just remember that they are ‘paring’ knives, designed to cut fruit and vegetables in the hand more than to slice or chop on a cutting board.
