Cheap Frigidaire 10000 Btu Window Air Conditioner and Temp Remote, Review If you’re looking for an a/c that is going to turn a big space into Antartica, this isn’t the a/c for you but if you’ve a mid-sized room and want it nice and cool with low humidity, you’ll love this a/c. Truly does a great work. The sleep mode is excellent, as are the fan controls. I’m not certain how accurate the temp on the remote is as it always feels very a bit cooler in here than the remote indicates, but maybe that’s simply because my desk is only a few feet away from the unit. Easy as pie to install, no damage throughout shipping or delivery.

Like the other reviewer mine arrived with 1 vent disconnected. Not a large deal. It was very well packaged and 5 minutes to install. The fit and finish is excellent. Today it had been pretty humid out but only 86 degrees. We have had the unit running for a couple of hours at max cool and it really has not cooled things down. Buy Sunpentown WA-1140DE Dual-Hose 11,000-BTU Portable Air Conditioner with Remote Control On Sale, Review Cost is great, Delivery was good, Following 2 weeks of use the unit is running really good so-far. The greatest part concerning the unit is it’s the only model/company that has an AC that will turn itself back on following a power-outage Here in Los Angeles, we have numerous power outages each and every summer. I looked high and low and the SPT may be the only unit offering this feature.

I live within the college dorms and this AC does an superb job cooling my space and I’ve not experienced any of the concerns posted by the other reviewer. I’ve got a couple of other friends with Portable A/C units and none work as well as this one. The wheels roll fine on the dorm space carpet, I’ve had this A/C for over a month and have yet to empty the water tank, and this A/C gets my room as cold as I could ever want it, and could get it even colder if I so desired.

Haier CPRB08XCJ 8000-BTU Portable Air Conditioner On Sale, Review They forgot one Really Important THING. There is a plug which is not listed like a part on the parts list, or even pointed out within the instructions which needs to be inserted in to the back of the unit. Because it wasn’t mentioned anywhere and it was not in with the parts, but rather sitting unwrapped a the bottom of the box, we didn’t notice it, or place it in. As a result the unit poured water out all over the carpet following only 5 hours use, that carpet was absolutely soaked! After inspecting it, I looked in the box and there, underneath all of the bottom packaging, was the plug. Never mentioned anyplace to make sure it is inserted. Not pointed out at all. Other than that, nice little device. Could be a little colder, but it’s worth not having the window clogged up with a window unit. Good item.

I have a medium sized bedroom and my apartment folks dont permit me to place up a window ac. this 1 is comparable to a window ac and it cools well. There is NO issue with water drainage when it’s just being used as an air conditioner. The unit auto-evaporates as it works. Read the rest of this entry
